  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized toys, clearance items, and products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return Shipping:
    • For quality issues: We will cover the return shipping cost.
    • For change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  3. Fill in the return reason and upload photos if needed.
  4. After our team approves your request, you will receive a return label via email.
  5. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and send it back to the address provided.
